3. Applicant screening: A stable income stream guarantees accessibility for all prospective tenants, irrespective of their credit profile
4. Candidates with prior felony convictions or adverse credit histories will be considered for opportunities, as we believe in providing individuals with a second chance.
5. The home is pet friendly, no breed restrictions with a $100 one time pet fee.
